About Centro Carni The meat products of the Castrini brothers from Pozzolengo are a typical local product. The whole production is exclusively made from traditional, Italian cattle breeds and this has been the way for more than 100 years.
The salesrooms of the farm shop in Pozzolengo are located under the arcades of an old farmstead in the middle of the hills of the beautiful moraine landscape south of Lake Garda.
Products Meat products from traditional Italian cattle breeds are sold, just as salami and other typical Italian sausages, such as, Chianina beef-salami, coppa, pancetta (bacon), filet-salami, tasty lardo, lonzino, cotechino and cacciatorini
Moreover, the shop sells cheeses from the region of Brescia (cow’s-, sheep’s- and goat’s milk), olive oil and a rich selection of wines from the Lake Garda region.
Opening times Wednesday to Saturday 8.00 - 12.30 and 15.00 - 19.00
