Thorough hands-on lessons are performed by some of the most renowned chefs of the area in a very relaxed and friendly atmosphere.
English is generally spoken and all our chefs are very experienced in giving cooking lessons. When necessary an interpreter will be available for English, German, Spanish and Japanese languages.
The participants will achieve the skills and knowledge necessary to a very creative cuisine. Once back home they will enjoy cooking new dishes as well as those experienced during the classes. Lessons on pasta, risotto, vegetables, fish and meat will be performed following the most typical Italian and local recipes prepared with first-rate fresh ingredients, all in perfect tune with the natural flow of the seasons.
The special program of visits and excursions provide all the participants and their partners the chance to discover the cultural aspects of the city and to taste the typical products of the surrounding territory.
