The association
„Il Giardino di Solferino“ is the name of a non-profit organization, which organizes the annual flower and plant exhibition in the Memorial Park of Solferino. Solferino has been one of the most important battlefields during the fights for independence of an Italian unified nation in 1859.
Flower and Plant exhibition
The 8th edition of the exhibition will take place on the weekend of 4th and 5th of September. A detailed program for 2010 has not been published so far.
Opening times (last year's edition)
Saturday: 2.30 pm – 19.30 pm
Sunday: 9.30 – 19.30 pm
Entrance fee (last year's edition)
3 Euro
2 Euro – for teenagers (13-18) and people over 60
Free – for children <13
(all avails will be used for non-profit purposes)
