Position
Hotel Villa Rosa was completely renovated last year and reopened this spring. It has a quiet position in Desenzano del Garda. It lies in an old park, from where one has a spectacular view over Lake Garda. The busy and beautiful old town centre is just a short walk away. Villa Rosa offers every possible luxury and is the ideal location for both, holiday makers looking for relaxation as well as business travellers.
Services
All 62 rooms are furnished in neoclassical style, soundproof and offer the most modern comfort. All of them have large beds, Satellite TV and LCD-screen, access to the internet, direct-dial telephone, mini-bar, air-conditioning and balcony with magnificent view over the lake. The beautiful and spacious bathrooms have shower and tub. Should you like to enjoy an even more exclusive stay, you could book into one of the suites with jacuzzi or one of the new junior suites. The rich breakfast buffet is served on the picturesque terrace directly by the lake. Other facilities are a well-stocked hotel bar, a beautiful swimming pool, car park, garage, gym and internet point. Even daytrips, airport-shuttle services and boat tours on the lake are organized by the hotel.
First class restaurant Rose & Sapori run by the chefs Carlo Bresciani and Bruno Piovanelli is located in the hotel. Their culinary highlights include excellent fish specialities, meat and vegetable dishes from Lake Garda and international cuisine. The hotel is a stylish location for business lunches and romantic dinners.
Hotel Villa Rosa has two beautiful, modern meetings rooms, both equipped with the latest technology. Among other things there are CD- and DVD-player, modern audio systems, projector and ISDN-connection. By removing the partition wall both rooms can be transformed into a large hall, where up to 120 persons can be seated. The conference area, which is accessible independently of the hotel, offers enough space for coffee breaks, cloakroom etc.
Surroundings
Due to its central position Villa Rosa is the ideal starting point to explore the beautiful region around Lake Garda. From here the motorway can be reached in no time and via the motorway larger cities in the vicinity, such as Brescia, Verona or Mantua. Golf courses, thermal baths as well as numerous nature- and amusement parks are just a stone’s throw from here.
