Position
Hotel Villa Luisa Resort in San Felice is a destination for guests who have high demands. The location of the hotel is slightly elevated with a wonderful panoramic view over the bays of Manerba and Salò. The centres of San Felice as well as of Portese are about 500 m away, the shore of the lake and a small port just about 1 km.

After its opening in May 2010 exclusive Hotel Villa Luisa Resort offers modern elegance in a large park of the size of 4000 sm. The family, who also run Hotel San Filis in San Felice, offer 54 rooms with modern design. They have bathroom with shower/tub, large balcony with view over the lake, telephone, air conditioning, Satellite-TV with flat screen, safe and minibar. In the rooms of the superior category the luxurious furnishings with wooden roof joists and hydromassage-shower enrapture the guests. After a rich breakfast buffet holiday makers can relax by the beautifully designed swimming pool with waterfall. Guests of the hotel are entitled to special entrance fees to the nearby golf club as well as free transport to the port. Other services are a weekly evening with music in the piano-bar, the organization of an airport shuttle, guided tours to cultural cities, and wine and olive oil tastings directly at the producers’. Small pets are welcome.
Restaurant
The hotel offers a restaurant, where guests can indulge in the culinary delights prepared by two well-known chefs. Meals are served on the terrace with view over the lake, on the restaurant terrace by the pool, and, in the evenings, in the dining-room by the park.
Wellness
For spring 2011 the opening of a first-class wellness-centre is planned for this hotel.
Surroundings
The elegant small towns along the Riviera dei Limoni invite visitors to take a stroll and to go shopping. The green wine-growing region Valtenesi is ideal for enogastronomic discoveries. At the same time, the soft hills and the national park Alto Garda Bresciano are a paradise for hikers, cyclists and lovers of golf. On the beautiful beaches one can swim, relax, go sailing or diving.
